Nesfield Performance provides training with programs designed to suit your specific fitness needs. Before selecting a program, each client receives an initial assessment to determine which approach will lead to maximum results. Personal training packages can include rehabilitation, performance, therapeutic massage, and nutritional coaching. We are also able to offer outdoor personal training located right here in Bethesda, MD

Performance Assessments - 90 minutes

All new clients undergo a comprehensive 90-minute assessment to gather detailed information about their health and wellness needs. We examine your daily behaviors and assess your movement patterns to create a personalized program that aligns with your goals. The assessment covers all five of our performance pillars: Mind, Regeneration, Nutrition, Physical, and Lifestyle. We also take basic measurements and conduct an in-depth analysis, including posture analysis, squat screen, mobility assessment, and identification of any muscle dysfunctions.

Gym Train Session

Our 60-minute individualized fitness program is tailored to meet each client’s specific needs and goals. We design a personalized training plan that ensures optimal performance and results.

Semi- Private Sessions

 Our Semi-Private Training sessions combine the personalization of one-on-one coaching with the motivation of a small group. Each client follows a structured program designed for their level—beginner, intermediate, or advanced—ensuring the right challenge and progression. Led by expert coaches, sessions focus on strength, mobility, and conditioning with proper technique and progress tracking. It’s the perfect balance of individualized programming, community, and results.

MOV Train

Our MOV Train program is a 75-minute session designed for clients who benefit from regular soft tissue manipulation integrated with their training. This session combines manual therapy and strength training to promote pain-free, functional movement patterns and enhance overall performance.

Virtual Training Sessions

Stay active and achieve your goals with our individualized virtual training programs. Whether you use these sessions as your regular workout, while traveling, or in combination with in-person training, our trainers will create a personalized plan to keep you on track and fit your busy schedule.
