Vesi Misheva
Personal Trainer
Originally from Bulgaria, Vesi is currently pursuing her B.S. in Exercise Science at Salisbury University and brings a fun, uplifting energy to every training session. A lifelong athlete and former competitive swimmer, she specializes in strength training, bone-density improvement, and building strong, confident bodies at every life stage.
Vesi is NASM-certified and holds additional credentials in Corrective Exercise, Performance Enhancement, Women’s Coaching, Precision Nutrition (Exercise Nutrition), and Pain-Free Performance. She has extensive experience working with women through pre- and post-natal training, as well as peri- and post-menopause, helping clients feel strong, capable, and empowered in their changing bodies.
Her philosophy is simple: “Do something today that your future self will thank you for.” Vesi believes consistency, curiosity, and compassion create lasting results—whether you’re lifting your first dumbbell or chasing new personal records.
Outside the gym, you’ll find her riding motorcycles, crocheting colorful creations, reading, or exploring hiking trails with her dog.
