Originally from Boston, Coach Chris’s foundation is built on realistic goal setting, drawing out intrinsic motivation from clients, and helping fitness become an enjoyable habit rather than a chore. Holding an M.S. in Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University, a certification in Health Coaching, and credentials as a pre/postnatal exercise specialist—with a background in competitive bodybuilding—he brings a 360-degree, client-centered approach that delivers real results.

His training style emphasizes a client-centered philosophy, incorporating movements that are both challenging and tailored to individual needs. While he prioritizes physical strength and proper movement patterns, he also enjoys weaving in mindfulness techniques and diaphragmatic breathing to enhance the holistic experience.

In his free time, he enjoys watch collecting, crafting adaptogenic mocktails, nature hikes, visiting friends back home, and being a proud cat dad.
